I have learned a lot along the way from both formal education and life experience. I served in the United States Navy as a Cryptologic Officer from 1984-1988.  I grew up as a Navy brat, living around the world and across the United States.  I have a Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling and a PhD in Holistic Life Coaching.  I am always eager to learn more.

I believe in the power of the human mind and spirit.  I have learned from many different teachers.  My learning has created my Truths (with a capital T).  God and angels walk among us in the form of our fellow human beings.  

 

As energetic beings, we impact and are impacted by other energy around us.  Sometimes that is the positive energy of love and sometimes is is the negative energy of anger, hurt and resentment.  I believe firmly in the Law of Attraction; that we attract what we put out to the Universe.  Relationships are a reflection of what you believe about yourself.  I am excited to work with you as you continue to grow in your life and relationships.
